I have been in the world of work for 25 years (yes I am nearly 40!) and a lot has changed in that time. There is more focus now than ever on mental health and wellbeing, particularly in terms of the workplace, as we realise the impact this can have on individuals and businesses. I understand how difficult it can be to manage the many complexities of a mental health and wellbeing strategy, I have been there in my role as a leader and strategic lead for mental health and wellbeing in the public sector. I also, like most people, have my own personal journey with my mental health. My passion is reducing the stigma around mental health, smashing the many misconceptions around mindfulness, and helping people to actually learn what mindfulness really is and how it should be included in every mental health and wellbeing strategy as a wonderful investment in your people.
